I ordered a dozen red roses with a note online for my wifes birthday. Went to pick them up and they were pink roses instead. Some sort of internet description error stated roses were red but then stated they were pink in small print. Eh, whatever stuff happens sometimes and its all about how its handled to make it right. I mentioned it to the florist who (not her fault by any means) helped me. She was so amazing. I wish I caught her name but she was very understanding and caring. She didnt waste anytime and went right to work making it right for me, which she absolutely did. She even made a nice box for the vase and roses to sit in while transporting. Customer service was awesome! Flowers were beautiful and my wife loved them. All in all highly recommend.

Hands down the BEST florist in the area. Every year I order my mother flowers for Mother’s Day without hesitation from this shop. They deliver same day with the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. I will continue to shop from Frank Gallo every single time because they do not disappoint! Thank you all so much!

We received an absolutely gorgeous Christmas arrangement from Gallo Florist. The driver went above and beyond ensuring that the arrangement would survive outside by wrapping it in additional layers to protect the flowers. He actually had to return the next day to ensure we would be there to retrieve them in a timely manner. What great customer service! Thank you so much.

Frank Gallo did such an outstanding job on the flowers for my intimate backyard wedding that happened in July 2024. The quality and colors of the flowers were just incredible - I can't speak highly enough of how perfect they were. I've honestly never seen a bouquet so beautiful - everything was so perfect. They were very easy to work with, super communicative and I would HIGHLY recommend them for any special event. I cannot say enough about how perfect they were.
